The Opportunity. We are conducting a search for a full-time assistant classroom teacher to support one of our Primary communities (ages 3 - 6). Working under the direction of the Lead Guide, you will help children fulfill their developmental potential in an authentically prepared, inspiring Montessori environment. Montessori experience is not required, but we welcome educators who have an appreciation for and are open to learning more about the method. We provide training and resources for new staff members. The regular hours for this position are 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, though they may vary occasionally.
