As a Social & Digital Marketing Specialist at Foley, you will play a key role in developing and executing the company's digital content strategy across social media channels and the corporate website. This position is responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, publishing, and analyzing engaging content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and business objectives.Working closely with internal stakeholders and the Compact Construction team, you will develop content strategies and editorial calendars, create compelling multimedia content, including video filming and editing, and ensure timely execution across digital platforms. You will monitor social media activity, engage with audiences as appropriate, and leverage performance data to optimize content and drive measurable results.This role serves as the primary point of contact between content authors, subject matter experts, company leadership, agency partners, and internal teams to ensure messaging is aligned, accurate, and impactful. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong project management skills, a passion for digital storytelling, and a data-driven approach to content performance and continuous improvement.What you will do:Day-to-day creation of content that aligns with strategy and publishing for all digital channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
