Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong Python programming skills to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Python development, REST APIs, and SQL databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Python.
• Build and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Python frameworks.
• Develop Python scripts, backend services, and automation solutions for application workflows and data processing.
• Implement secure, reliable, and high-performance application components.
• Work with relational databases, write complex SQL queries, and optimize database performance.
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems using REST APIs and messaging technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production support.
• Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Follow software engineering best practices for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Core Java: Strong knowledge of Java 8/11/17+, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Concurrency.
• Spring Framework: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices Architecture.
• Python: Strong programming and scripting skills; experience developing backend services and automation solutions.
• API Development: Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and web services.
• Database: Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Messaging: Experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies.
• Testing: Experience with JUnit, Mockito, PyTest, or unittest.
• Build and Version Control: Git, Maven, or Gradle.
• Cloud and DevOps: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Financial services or banking domain experience is a plus.
