SMS is currently hiring for a Full-time assistant to work with Lower Elementary students!
Your Role as an Elementary Assistant
As our Lower Elementary Classroom Assistant, you'll help create a peaceful, engaging learning environment where children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Working alongside an experienced Montessori Guide, you'll support students in their daily discoveries while growing your own skills as an educator. If you're eager to learn, collaborate, and make a meaningful difference, we'd love to have you join our team.
